Cancellation Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

When last-minute changes are made, this leaves an opening that could have been filled by someone else wanting an appointment for that time of day.

Please consider the following before cancelling or rescheduling a session:

• If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 24 hours before the session start time, this will count towards your pre-paid session.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, this will count towards your pre-paid session.

* I do understand that situations arise. I will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis.

Group Coaching Programs

• Once the group has started, the registration fee is non-refundable.
